I spent an hour or so last weekend walking around the campus of the University of Southern California. I wasn’t happy with most of the shots I got, but I was happy with this one. I’m especially excited about it since it’s a change from the landscape photos I always post. Variety is something I need to work on isn’t it? Anyway, this very pretty fountain is part of USC’s new Ronald Tutor Campus Center. It’s a lovely building to act as the center of campus. I should put of more pictures of it in the future.
On a side note, this is a single exposure pseudo-HDR. I thought the movement of the water takes up too much of the frame to bother masking in one version of the water. I’m not skilled enough to hide the edges between the masked area and the not-so-masked area when it’s so prominent.
